I change the dictionary

Words that should not exist anymore:
aggregate
optimize
premium

Words that should exist from now on:
struggly
pinkle
twile

I must protest. Optimize and premium I don't feel strongly about -- although take away my ability to dryly describe terrible situations as suboptimal and I'll be very sad -- but I really like aggregate. I think it's because I gesture a lot while I'm talking and the gestures for aggregate are usually good. Sometimes I forget the word and have to make accretion motions for a while until someone supplies it, and it's always a very satisfying moment when they do. You mean aggregate? YES! That is exactly what I wanted!

I'm trying to imagine the gestures for struggly and pinkle. The ones I've come up with so far cause giggling in 4 out of 5 doctors.

When I think of struggly I mostly think of Peanut.
