Plug

I went to high school with him and now he has one of the most interesting blogs I've ever seen.

Plus, Jimmy apparently asked him some questions.

except for all he talks about is how he's not getting any and masturbation. not that i'm saying we're any more interesting. but still.

whoa, what's with the faerie back?

Posted by: KT at January 3, 2003 04:27 PM

it's pulp art, you just can't see it very well. there's a better version here.

Posted by: didofoot at January 3, 2003 04:35 PM

it's lolita!

Interesting, yes. But mostly, good call Michele. I read a few years back, even, and the masturbate-obsessed-with-and-also-afraid-of-girls theme continues. Not that it's bad writing; it's just really narcissistic. Most of us have the dignity to deal with our fear of girls and sex by talking in funny voices or looking down ashamedly for however long seems most appropriate.

Well you don't have to read it. If you have noticed... it's only masturbation obsessed as of late. With the recent trial I have put myself through to see if I could withstand sexual frustration. Which I failed miserably. And if you know me at all, then you know just how narcissistic I truly am. Maybe I shouldn't be so open and let strangers read my rants & rambling.

Also, I don't fear women. I fear myself with women... and hello Kristin.

well i stand by my plug. it's good writing. i personally think about sex way more than you write about it, so I have no problem with the topic. and it's refreshing to see a blog that isn't self-conscious about who might be reading it - i edit myself constantly to avoid offending my friends or family, which makes for a dull blog.

Posted by: didofoot at January 4, 2003 11:31 AM

Yeah, I'm going to retract my previous comment. I *do* enjoy reading it, I like that it's not self-censored, and the writing is good, so who am I to say what the content should or shouldn't be?

The Five Questions feature is also good. As is Kool Keith.

=) i really only read the recent-er stuff and then looked at all the pictures. which i did super enjoy. and i DO like your page. seriously. it's nice. and nicely laid out, put up, and written. i have no problem reading about masturbating honestly. and it's fun to see what doan's doing. hee.

and now that we've all (sean and i) retracted our statements at the horror of the writer actually discovering our cattiness....(not that i'm speaking for your horror here, sean. or anything.)

Posted by: michele at January 4, 2003 12:11 PM

p.s. you know what else is funny? when gene first mentioned finding this page to me, i could have fucking SWORN he said chris rice. at which my jaw dropped at the thought of reading. so then i think i was just a tad bit disappointed to discover not rice-a-roni. (how many times do you think he's heard THAT before? oh i am overusing. trite! trite.)

Posted by: michele at January 4, 2003 12:12 PM

Yeah, well, commenting at 1 am is a poor idea in general, probably. There was a time in my life where I enjoyed saying and writing mean things to and about people a good deal more, but I think that time is past.

As for cattiness, the only cat-related stuff I really fear is a urine-soaked living room.

Posted by: sean at January 4, 2003 03:02 PM

You guys are wussing out. Admit it, you just don't like semen-soaked prose.

Posted by: jason at January 4, 2003 03:06 PM

i'm so sorry! my living room is soooo gross!

jason: merry cock-mas to you too. but also. HA! your saying that to the girl who wrote some truly horrific porn is funny.

Posted by: michele at January 4, 2003 05:58 PM

That smell was cat *semen*? Ohmigod.

P.S. It is Chris Rice.

Posted by: didofoot at March 31, 2004 01:59 PM

Kristen, is there anything at all that you can't make sound wrong?

Posted by: dianna at March 31, 2004 02:04 PM

attracted by the sound of someone spamming, dianna, a part-time lesbian, wandered over to "put in" her "two cents."

Posted by: didofoot at March 31, 2004 02:11 PM

I withdraw the, er, question.
